We work hard to make sure everything about your FOOT FEDERATION experience is amazing. If there's anything we can do to make it even better, please let us know!

 

CHECKOUT

All the items that you have in your shopping bag appear in your order during checkout. If you do not want to order all the items, simply edit your shopping cart before clicking "Checkout." When you click "Submit Order" we verify your credit card. Your order will not be placed and your credit card will not be charged if you do not click "Order Now."

 

CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please call 1-646-918-8222 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request; however, items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned or exchanged.

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We use FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT Express and USPS (average 3-7 business days for delivery). Shipping is free on all orders of $150 or more. USPS® shipping rates apply on orders less than $150, varying based on distance and weight. Please contact FOOT FEDERATION if you need to receive your purchase sooner.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise in resalable condition with original tags attached from our FOOT FEDERATION online store. Returns made within 30 days of the purchase date will be eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment.
You may return merchandise by selecting any shipping carrier; however, FOOT FEDERATION will not be responsible for the costs associated with the return. We recommend selecting an insured and traceable shipping carrier. We are not responsible for import or shipping fees associated with returns sent from outside the United States. Ship the package to FOOT FEDERATION RETURNS, 000 Unknown Street, New York, NY 10000. 
 
If you receive an incorrect item or if the merchandise is damaged or defective, please contact FOOT FEDERATION immediately by calling 1-646-918-8222 or by emailing info@footfederation.com.
 
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, replace or credit altered merchandise.
 
Merchandise returns purchased from the FOOT FEDERATION Online Store with PayPal may only be returned to the online store via the free prepaid shipping label included with your original order or by using our online link to request a prepaid return label in our “My Account” section.

 

ORDER STATUS AND PACKAGE TRACKING

To help you track the status of your shipment, we will include a delivery confirmation number in your shipment notification email. You can check the status of your delivery by entering the package number into the tracking companies' application.
